Mountainhead | Official Teaser | Max

In the official teaser for Mountainhead, Max introduces a haunting new thriller that follows a solitary man whose reclusive life atop a mountain unravels into something far more sinister. As eerie visions and inexplicable events begin to mount, the film promises a gripping exploration of identity and madness set against a stark, unforgiving wilderness. The teaser reveals little but evokes a sense of dread and foreboding that hints at a chilling character study, filled with atmospheric tension and unsettling quiet. With shades of The Shining and The Lighthouse, Mountainhead looks to be a standout psychological descent in Max’s 2025 original slate.
