Set in 13th-century England, WERWULF follows a remote village terrorized by an ancient supernatural force as fear, paranoia, and religious superstition consume the isolated community. Drawing from medieval folklore and historical werewolf legends, the film explores how ordinary people confront an unimaginable evil while questioning who among them can still be trusted. The trailer teases a bleak, atmospheric horror story steeped in myth, violence, and the psychological terror that has become synonymous with Eggers’ filmmaking.
