The cast of HBO’s high-stakes drama turned out in style for the New York premiere of Industry Season 4.

The cast of HBO’s most cutthroat drama stepped out Monday night for the Industry Season 4 premiere at Regal Union Square, serving dark tailoring, minimalist glam, and sharp edges that mirrored the show’s trademark intensity.

Since its 2020 debut, Industry has become a cult favorite for viewers drawn to ambition, chaos, and style—with its slick camerawork, unapologetic tone, and no-holds-barred look inside the machine of international finance. Created by Mickey Down and Konrad Kay, the London-set series follows a cohort of young professionals navigating the toxic grind of Pierpoint & Co.—where job titles, privilege, and performance define survival. Over the years, the show has quietly evolved into one of HBO’s smartest and most ruthless dramas, hailed for its visceral realism and a cast of rising stars who’ve since become staples of the streaming era.

Thursday night’s premiere marked the first in-person reunion for the ensemble ahead of Sunday’s launch, bringing stars Marisa Abela, Myha’la, Harry Lawtey, Ken Leung, and newcomer Sarah Goldberg to the carpet alongside Down and Kay. Abela turned heads in a sharply cut black blazer with plunging neckline, while Myha’la delivered pure texture in a structured leather halter dress. Goldberg—fresh off her acclaimed Barry run—arrived in plum velvet and lace. Lawtey and Leung kept it clean in suit separates, while co-creator Kay wore an oversized coat over his signature minimalist tailoring. The energy was low-key, but intimate—HBO kept the setting intentionally restrained, with the cast making their way through photo calls, inside screenings, and a closed-door reception with press and studio guests.

With Season 4 introducing new power players, evolving the show’s political undercurrents, and bringing Pierpoint’s internal warfare to a boiling point, the premiere hinted at a series doubling down on everything that made it addictive to begin with: betrayal, burnout, backchanneling—and the human cost of ambition.
