Prime Video assembled a powerhouse cast — returning stars and buzzy newcomers — for a high-energy L.A. premiere celebrating the next chapter of Fallout.
The Fallout cast returned to Los Angeles on Monday night for one of Prime Video’s biggest red-carpet events of the year, marking the official Season 2 premiere and unveiling the show’s expanded ensemble. The arrivals line at the Academy Museum quickly turned into a fan-magnet moment, with longtime cast members and new additions generating equal excitement.
Ella Purnell, Walton Goggins, Aaron Moten, Kyle MacLachlan, and Annabel O' Hagan led the core returning cast, each leaning into the stylized aesthetic that has helped define Fallout’s post-apocalyptic identity. The group moved through the arrivals line with ease — confident, relaxed, and visibly energized by the show’s growing cultural footprint.
But the biggest jolts of the night came from the series’ newest faces.
Macaulay Culkin, joining Season 2 in a buzzed-about new role, drew massive crowd reactions as he stepped onto the carpet. Wearing a sleek all-black look that balanced minimalism with edge, Culkin positioned himself instantly as one of the season’s most anticipated additions.
Justin Theroux, set to take over the role of Mr. House (previously voiced by Rafi Silver), brought his signature cool to the carpet, pairing understated tailoring with the kind of confidence that signals a significant role ahead. His appearance alongside the returning cast hinted at how deeply Season 2 plans to expand the show’s world.
Kumail Nanjiani, who also joins in a key new role, delivered one of the night’s standout fashion moments — a rich brown suit layered over a soft earth-tone knit, an effortless match for the show’s desert-wasteland aesthetic. His enthusiasm on the carpet made clear that Season 2 is raising the stakes not only narratively, but in star power.
Ron Perlman — the iconic voice of Fallout’s in-game narrations — also made a rare and crowd-pleasing appearance, arriving with wife Allison Dunbar. Fans treated it like a canon event.

Additional guests included Emily V. Gordon (supporting Nanjiani), Nicole Brydon Bloom (supporting Theroux), and a strong roster of talent from across Prime Video’s slate. The overall vibe was celebratory, fueled by the fandom’s enormous appetite for the show’s sophomore chapter.
With big-name newcomers, returning fan favorites, and a series that has only grown in scale since its debut, the Fallout L.A. premiere solidified Season 2 as one of the streamer’s most important launches of the winter.
