The Marvel Cinematic Universe is set to welcome another major star, as Stranger Things breakout Sadie Sink has officially joined Spider-Man 4, starring opposite Tom Holland. While details on her role remain tightly under wraps, speculation is already running wild about what this casting could mean for the future of Peter Parker—and whether this signals the long-awaited arrival of a key Marvel character.

Directed by Destin Daniel Cretton (Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings), Spider-Man 4 is one of the most highly anticipated entries in the MCU’s next phase.
